These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at ecmhyderabad.in and the vehicle diagnostic and repair services provided by Harii Theja ECM Solutions ("we", "us", "our") at our Bachupally, Hyderabad premises. By using our services or website, you agree to these terms.
Harii Theja ECM Solutions provides the following vehicle services at our Bachupally centre and on-site for fleet clients:
All services are performed at our premises at JBS Towers, Shop No. 2, 2nd Floor, Opposite Volvo Service Centre, Bachupally, Hyderabad – 500090, or on-site for pre-arranged fleet visits.
Before any repair or programming work is started:
30-Day Warranty: All ECM programming, PCM programming, and DPF cleaning services are covered by a 30-day service warranty from the date of service. If the same fault recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship, we will re-diagnose and re-service at no charge.
The 30-day warranty covers faults arising directly from our workmanship. It does not cover new faults, pre-existing conditions not identified in the original diagnosis, physical damage, or faults caused by subsequent misuse or accidents.
Diagnostic scan fees are charged regardless of whether repair work proceeds, as they cover our technician's time and equipment. If you proceed with a repair at our centre, the diagnostic fee is waived on most services — confirm at the time of booking.

All prices quoted are inclusive of service. Additional parts or components required are quoted separately before work begins. Final prices may vary from indicative pricing based on vehicle complexity, make, and fault severity. You will always be informed of the final price before work starts.
Payment is accepted in cash, UPI (PhonePe/GPay/Paytm), and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of service.
When bringing your vehicle to us for service, you agree to:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults not identified in our initial diagnostic report, or for faults that develop after service due to pre-existing conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
